Optimizon Attending Idaho ASBO 2018 Annual Conference and Presenting Workshop Session

BOISE, ID, June 11, 2018 – Optimizon, a leading independent print management advisory firm, announced today its participation in Idaho ASBO’s 2018 Annual Conference. This three-day event will be held on June 27-29, 2018 at the Riverside Hotel in Boise, Idaho.

Session Presentation: Cost Containment in Printing & Duplicating
Optimizon was selected to provide a workshop session at the Idaho ASBO Annual Conference titled “Cost Containment in Printing & Duplicating”. This session will cover 9 Best Practices school districts can use to control costs and improve services. During the session, Optimizon’s team will demonstrate how using these best practices, districts can write a copier/printer contract that protects their interests and efforts through the acquisition process and further ensures that all service, support and maintenance terms are written in their favor. Attendees will get access to strategic planning guides, templates, and other tools.
