These events are a great chance to reconnect with the hard-working business leaders we’re working with currently, those we’ve worked with in the past, and connect with those we haven’t yet,” said Recla.
Session Presentation: Cost Containment in Printing & Duplicating
Optimizon was selected to provide a workshop session at the Idaho ASBO Annual Conference titled “Cost Containment in Printing & Duplicating”. This session will cover 9 Best Practices school districts can use to control costs and improve services. During the session, Optimizon’s team will demonstrate how using these best practices, districts can write a copier/printer contract that protects their interests and efforts through the acquisition process and further ensures that all service, support and maintenance terms are written in their favor. Attendees will get access to strategic planning guides, templates, and other tools.
